The palate is rich and textural, where vibrant tropical fruit is complemented by savoury complexity from French oak, with hints of toast and finely integrated spice adding depth. Lees ageing and partial malolactic fermentation bring a creamy, rounded mouthfeel, leading to a long, weighted finish that balances freshness with structure. Approachable now for its generosity, the wine also has the depth to evolve gracefully with careful cellaring over the next five years.
