The short sleeve cuffs hug the biceps nicely. There may be some negative reviews, but not from me. I just bought another one in navy blue, medium. I still prefer natural fibers, but I also like the Coofandy brand. I have purchased their shirts made of natural fibers as well. The quality is consistent. I ordered and received another shirt in blue. It's a different kind of knit, but fits like a glove. Soft and stretchy, sleeves fit my biceps, and the color hugs the neck close and gently. These shirts are the best!
