Stunning vintage long sautoir necklace by Mawi London. This piece is from one of Mawi's earliest collections, circa 2000s. Originally purchased from Barney's. Mawi has unfortunately since closed, but was known for their high end, luxury statement jewelry - always featuring classic elements with an edgy twist that makes a statement. Gunmetal silver chunky, heavy box link chain. Large, oversized geometric elements - a mirrored gold sphere, silver and gold textured rectangles and squares, one adorned with a large pink rhinestone. No clasp, but extra long and could be doubled over head. This necklace is not signed, but provenance came from a prominent collector who cataloged all of their jewelry, and we currently have another piece up with the same chain that is signed.
