This model is free of controlled delivery constraints, allowing users to freely turn the chrome-plated plastic spindle and dispense as much or as little toilet tissue as they wish. To make the spindle easy to load, it is outfitted with a stainless steel spring. Made from stainless steel with a brightly polished finish, the dispenser can accommodate a single roll of standard core toilet tissue that is up to 5-1/2 inches in diameter. Designed for surface mounting, the unit measures 6 3-/8 inches in width by 6-3/8 inches in height.
