Designed by Helannona, this 14k gold ram ring has a powerful presence on the hand. The ring consists of the head of a mature ram, with a full set of horns that make a spiral around both sides of the ram’s face, while the body of the animal creates a spiral that wraps around the finger. In keeping with the spiral motif, the matte surface of the 14k gold is textured with a stylized swirl pattern that mirrors the shape of the ring and creates the illusion of fur. There is an aquatic quality to the swirls, reminiscent of ocean waves. The ram has soulful expression on its face and citrine gemstones for its eyes. A micro pave of sparkling citrines accentuates the base of the horns.  A classic motif reimagined, the ring has a high profile and makes a stylish cocktail ring. 

Helannona is a contemporary jewelry designer whose “Heliophilia ring” was a 2021 finalist for JCK Jeweler’s Choice Awards “Best Ring over $10,000”. The ring contains Helannona’s name and maker’s mark on the interior. 

The ring weighs 14.1 grams. The rams head measures approximately 1” x 3/4” and sits 3/4” high. There are 40 single cut citrines bead set into the ring, 1mm each. The ring is unmarked but acid tests as 14k.
