We will remote in with you on your computer and review your RIP and PrintExp settings. We can use this time to advise on the process to align your print heads, setup values to make sure you're printing a proper under base. We may also require a video chat so we can see and review what conditions you may have going on.
Service charges are charged in advance and are non-refundable if issues are resolved or not. Some items for resolution can be outside of our control, but we still charge for the time we set aside for the support call.
