Its open design allows for easy viewing of the air filter and delivers an aggressive air intake sound. The tube is computer-designed to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. This intake is designed to use factory mounting locations, minimizing the use of unnecessary hardware, ensuring a perfect fit every time. Its revolutionary design, featuring our patent pending filter-to-housing interface uses half the number of parts of a traditional cold air intake system. Great addition to my sewing table!
I ordered two of these to give me a little more room on my sewing table. One for the backside and one for the left side. Worked out great! Very sturdy and not hard to install (followed directions). I just extended when I need room and fold when not in use. I would recommend these to anyone who just needs a little more table/room.

Not very sturdy
The oak that this is made of is very nice. The little bit of extra counter space is nice. The problem is the bracket to hold it up is kind of small and flimsy, so the shelf won't bear much weight. It will be ok for putting light things on. Also had a problem getting it to hang flat in the down position.
