I press these personally using a commercial grade heat press. The finished product is extremely durable, just as if the shirt had been freshly screen printed! To insure lifetime of the item, machine wash cold , with the item inside out and warm dry recommended. Heather shirts 50 50 cotton poly. Super soft. Unisex
