This range features four heavy-duty cast iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU/hr. It also has a 24-inch polished steel griddle plate (on applicable models) for even cooking. The 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron top grates provide uniform heat distribution. Griddle models include a grease trough for quick cleanup.
The oven measures 20 inches by 26 inches by 14 inches, with a powerful 27,000 BTU burner. It includes a safety shut-off pilot and stainless steel oven burners. Multiple position oven rack guides allow for flexible cooking, with one chrome rack included and additional racks available.
This model supports natural gas and propane with adjustable operating pressure. Optional casters and extra oven racks are available for added versatility.
