This Dayco Automatic drive belt tensioner is designed to meet OEM performance standards and to maintain constant tension on serpentine belt drives. It features a patented "flat spring" design that is specifically engineered to provide less variation in operating range tension. Thus, providing decreased risk of premature accessory bearing failure due to high tension on installation of a new belt. The risk of belt squeal and slippage or poor accessory performance caused by low tension is also reduced after the belt begins to stretch and wear.

This automatic drive belt tensioner suits Holden vehicles fitted with the LTG Turbo I4 engine.


Features:

  • Teflon ® strip wound within the spring resists abrasion.
  • The flat spring is coated to resist rust.
  • A heavy-duty cast aluminum spring case resists cracking and fatigue.
  • The heavy-duty cast aluminum arm offers additional strength and less distortion.
  • Aluminum retainer ring locks the spring case and arm together, and seals against corrosion.
  • A thermoplastic rubber "O" ring seals against dust and grime.
  • The lubricated nylon "pivot tube bushing" and "spring bushing" promote quieter performance.
  • A rubber "O" ring seals against dust and grime.
  • The zinc coated mounting bolt resists rust, and is concentric for a more even degree of constant tension.
  • These automatic tensioners come with either a glass-filled polymer (plastic) or steel pulley, that features a dust cover to protect against contaminants.

Looks nice but will NOT hold a vacuum seal.
I bought these bags to put ground and whole bean coffee in. I have found that after vacuum sealing the bags, even double sealing them, the vacuum simply won't hold. I am using the vacuum sealer that I have been using in my kitchen for years, so I know it's not that. Maybe the one way valve isn't truly one way. Not sure, but I am disappointed.

Good quality bags
These bags are very well made. They have a rectangular base and will stand up when filled. There is a one way vent to allow gas to escape from coffee. There is a zip seal and they can be sealed with a heat sealer. Labels are also included. The plain black bag is very versatile and can hold about a pound of coffee or something similar.

Whether for gifting or selling or just using at home, these coffee bags are durable and high quality, and they look very professional! I have used a couple of them with no issue with my Mylar bag heat sealer and have been very pleased with the results. Good quality bags
I'm far from a professional coffee roaster, but I do enjoy it. I used to use just little plastic bags when giving coffee to friends and family, but these work so much better! They are quite thick and just feel like they're quality. I do not have a mylar sealer, but I did figure out that a vacuum heat sealer will work. Just gotta run the heat part a couple times. Probably not as good as a real mylar sealer, but it works. Again, I'm not professional. I like that, being black bags, they include a roll of labels. Hard to write on black, so this was a nice addition. Overall, these are great bags.

The valve allows for the release of carbon dioxide gas while preventing oxygen from entering the bag
Note that you will need a heat sealer to seal these bags. The high-barrier aluminum foil construction of these bags provides excellent protection against moisture, oxygen, and light, which are the primary factors that can degrade the quality and freshness of coffee beans. The side zipper design and heat sealable feature ensure a tight seal, effectively preventing any air from entering or escaping the bag. The inclusion of a valve allows for the release of carbon dioxide gas while preventing oxygen from entering the bag, further preserving the flavor and aroma of the coffee beans. These bags are really great for storing coffee.
