The universal design ensures compatibility with most standard gravity-fed water coolers and benchtop dispensers. This system functions as both a purifier and a remineralizer, providing pH-balanced, alkaline output.
The 7-Stage Filtration Sequence
Water migrates through the following distinct stages to ensure chemical reduction and structural balance:
- Primary Filter Felt Pads: Effectively captures physical rust and sediment particles while preventing the propagation of bacteria.
- KDF Media: High-purity copper-zinc media that assists in the reduction of chlorine and heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and arsenic via redox reactions.
- Activated Carbon: Adsorbs chlorine and organic sediment, neutralizing chemical tastes and municipal odors.
- Activated Alumina: The primary defluoridation agent. This specialized media isolates and removes fluoride, arsenic, and inorganic waste.
- Mineralised Balls: Natural clay-derived minerals that reintroduce iron, zinc, lithium, magnesium, potassium, and iodine into the filtered water.
- Refined Activated Carbon: A secondary, finer-grade carbon layer for final polishing and chemical adsorption.
- Far-Infrared Ceramic Balls: Assists in the absorption of heavy metals (such as Chromium) and facilitates the dissolution of over 20 essential trace elements.
- Ceramic Plate: The final micro-porous barrier designed to catch physical impurities and potentially block certain forms of bacteria.
Activated Alumina Technology
Activated Alumina is the industry-standard catalyst for the defluoridation of drinking water. While standard carbon filters can reduce fluoride to a minor degree, Activated Alumina is significantly more effective due to its high surface area and porous structure.
For maximum effectiveness, the water requires adequate contact time with the Alumina media. The slower gravity-fed drip of this cartridge ensures the water remains in contact with the media for a duration sufficient to strip fluoride ions from the supply effectively.

Maintenance & Service Life
For a standard family of five consuming approximately 5 liters daily, cartridges should be replaced every 6 months to maintain optimum fluoride reduction and alkaline pH levels. Replacement takes approximately 10 minutes and requires no specialized tools. Replacement packs are available via our water filters collection.
