The SS175L transmits across the Low-Chirp frequency 40 to 60 kHz Tilted Element™ transducers have the ceramic element fixed at a 20°, 12° or 0° angle within the housing. The transducer is installed almost flush to the hull. The tilt of the element corrects for the hull deadrise by orienting the beam directly down. Perfect for running, I love this hat.

This hat is perfect for running in, it's very light weight and breathable so it doesn't get annoying or hot when you're running in the sun. It's easy to clean, just a quick hand wash in the sink and it's dry in 30 minutes. I have a very big head and it's fits me great. If you have a very small head it might be a bit big.
