and active strains of probiotic bacteria, including:

Bulgaricus LB 2, Lactobacillus casei 101/37, Lactobacillus plantarum LP 02, LP 01, Lactobacillus fermentum LF 2, Bifidobacterium breve BL 10, Bbr 8, Bifidobacterium longum BL 03, Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis Bi 1, Streptococcus thermophilus Z 57, 9 Y.
No added sugars or sweeteners, it contains naturally occurring sugars. Unclarified and unpasteurized. Biofunctional postbiotics, including organic acids and antioxidants, act as a natural preservative.

Adults – Measure 10 ml three times daily after meals using the measuring cup included in the bottle and dilute in 100 ml of water. After mixing, consume within a few minutes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 30 ml.
Children over 3 years of age – 15 ml daily, diluted in 100 ml of water, and consumed within a few minutes after mixing. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 15 ml.
The packaging includes a plastic measuring cup for measuring the daily portion.
Store the product in a cool and shaded place, out of reach of children.
Do not expose to sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 30 days. After each use, ensure the bottle is tightly and airtightly closed.
Sediment at the bottom of the bottle, any white coating on the surface and gases heard when opening the bottle are a natural result of the fermentation process.
Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Children under 3 years of age: do not administer.
Do not use in people who are allergic to any of the ingredients.
