Mintec acts directly to relax the muscle of the bowel, which relieves the abdominal pain, bloating and wind. Active Ingredients: Each enteric coated Mintec capsule contains Peppermint Oil 0.2mL. Dosage: Adults: One capsule 3 times a day or as directed. Swallow the capsule whole with water preferably 30 minutes before meals. Do not take capsules immediately after a meal. Actually feels cool at night

I’ve been using these for several days now and I did notice a difference. I tend to get hot while sleeping, so I was curious if they would actually help, and they do feel cool when you lay on them. I also like that they’re soft and comfortable, not that weird texture some “cooling” products have. So far, I’ve been really happy with them.
