Ingredients

Each 5ml teaspoon provides:
  • Total Omega-3s 1060mg
  • DHA 510mg 
  • EPA 340mg
  • Other Omega-3s 210mg
  • Vitamin A 230-920 IU
  • Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU
Other Ingredients: Purified Arctic Cod Liver Oil, natural lemon flavour, d-alpha tocopherol, rosemary extract (a natural preservative), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol in olive oil). 
No: Gluten, milk derivatives, artificial colours or flavours.
Doasge
  • Adults: One teaspoon (5mls) daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
  • One serving provides the daily international recommendation (500 mg) of EPA+DHA.
