This 2017 Pinot Noir has a bright colour and a charming bouquet of cherries and red fruits. The palate is medium bodied and carries very vibrant fruit and ripe tannins. The wine is complex, supple and with a sweet and long finish.

The fruit was crushed to a fermenter and after a short cold soak, the ferment kicked off with yeast that was specially selected for this wine. The plunging regime was once daily to the end of fermentation. Post ferment maceration was conducted for 9 days. After daily tasting to find when the wine had gained its optimum texture it was run off and pressed to tank for MLF before going to barrel and stainless steel for ageing.

The fruit was grown on Mission’s vineyard in the Awatere valley. They have two Pinot blocks totaling 7.5 hectares in area, on the Northern side of the vineyard. Soils on this part are a fine light loess with some stones. The climate is very dry and the vigour very low, so bunches tend to be small. They ended up with only just over 7 tonnes per hectare of fruit with tight bunches and tiny berries. Fruit was transported to the winery in Hawke’s Bay for fermentation. Produced to provide drinking pleasure in the short term; this Pinot Noir will develop more complexity over the next 5-10 years.

Ceramic burr destroyed itself
Color: Silver
For the first two-plus months it worked fine -- the perfect grind and the perfect amount with a full barrel for my oversized coffee mug. I've been using it once daily, more or less, on a medium grind setting of 25, and this morning the ceramic burr started to eat itself. This is not acceptable. Follow up: Circle Joy contacted me and offered to give a full refund on this purchase, which was gratefully accepted. This is outstanding customer service.

Best price for better tasting coffee
Color: Silver
I am a coffee snob. I only get beans. I have been using a magic bullet blender to grind, which actually does extremely well, but the grind wasn't quite even enough. So I found the cheapest, ok quality grinder I could and bought this one. I absolutely love it. It take a while to grind, and it only does a little at once, but whatever. This thing works great and my grounds are now even. The burrs seem to be of decent quality and the whole device works smoothly.

Great price great shoe
Size: 12, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
Excellent shoe. Tried the Sebago penny loafer and the sizing was ridiculous. These J and M are sized perfectly. I’ve had them before and they wear like iron. Very comfortable right out of the box.

Quality shoe but with a slight squeak.
Size: 10 Wide, Color: Burgundy Polished Full Grain
Nice shoes with the classic Penny Loafer design. Fit was better than another brand I tried. Only reason not 5 starts is disappointment due to a slight squeak at times when walking.
