Niacin also improves glucose, lipid, protein, and sterol metabolism. The flushing side effect of niacin that may occur at the dosages that may be required for therapeutic effect often prove troubling; however, by combining niacin with inositol (inositol hexaniacinate), this supplement confers the benefits of niacin without the unpleasant side effects.
Recommended use: Helps normal growth and development. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
Recommended Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
Caution: Risk Information: Do not exceed the recommended dose except on the advice of a health care

Good quality, but a few issues with the hidden mounts and levelness.

These are quite nice and also sturdy. Only complaint I have is that I bought a couple of these, and on one of them, only one of them, it was difficult to get the hidden mounts to go into the holes. I think it was probably a manufacturing defect thing. Also, on that particular one, it wasnt as level as the other. Not a show stopper, but if you need a perfectly level type of mounting situation, I would be careful here.
