Product Care
- Depending on the foot-traffic your rug receives, rotate the rug at least once every 6 months for an even and balanced wear
- Do not expose your rug to direct sunlight. Use appropriate curtains and draperies
- Vacuum your rug regularly with a gentle, low-suction setting only. Do not use rotating brush (beater) attachments under any circumstances as they may cause significant damage to area rugs and runners
- Roll up your rug in plastic sheet for storage and transport, and use mothballs inside the roll while in storage
- Do not use steam-cleaners on area rugs and runners
- Do not dry clean area rugs and runners
- All stains and spillages are to be spot cleaned only. Do not wash or wet the entire rug
- Act immediately to clean all liquid spillages without delay. Scoop up solids first if any
- Use paper towel or clean white cloth on both the surface and the reverse side of your rug to blot and absorb spillages. Do not rub or wipe. Repeat the process as necessary
- Commercial carpet stain removers can be used for the remaining stain on your rug. However, make sure the product does not contain hydrogen peroxide, bleach or any other whitening agents, and test the product on throw-away fabrics before use
- Mild household detergents such as dishwashing liquids can also be used by dabbing with a sponge on the remaining stain after blotting initially. However, do not soak the area and use suds only. Reblot afterwards with paper towel and apply plain warm water by dabbing again to remove any detergent residue. After this, reblot the area repeatedly to remove moisture and ensure free air circulation around the spot to dry
- All rug care instructions above are applicable to the outdoor rugs also
- However, outdoor rugs should only be used under covered patios, verandas, balconies, terraces, decks and courtyards, and should not be exposed to direct rain and sunlight
- Wet outdoor rugs should be dried by ensuring free air circulation around both the surface and the reverse side in order to prevent mould-forming

Wonderful product

This chair offers good lumbar support and a well-padded seat. It has a very nice and smooth rocking motion, you can loosen the tight/loose knob for reclining, and it is very comfortable to sit in while working on the computer or relaxing to watch TV. The back of the chair hits just above my neck, so the back of my head rests comfortably on the top of the chair. The color, brown, is exactly what I expected and looks professional. The height adjustment works well, it sits higher than my old chair, and I like that. It seems sturdy for the 300-pound weight recommended. I got it on Prime Day, so it was a good value for the money. It came packed well and quicker than expected. The pictures are a comparison to my 20-year-old office chair.
Assembling the chair was easy, however, be sure to attach the bottom part of the chair with the tight/loose knob facing the front of the chair. It's not clearly marked on the instructions. When it came time to put the back of the chair on it would be good to have another person to hold the chair back for you to align the chair arm holes and screw in, then you should be OK but I did discover that if I had attached the arms to the back of the chair first, it would be so much easier to align them for attachment. The wheels glide very easily and will take you across the room after one push. It swivels at 360 degrees easily, almost making me dizzy.
I am writing this review the same day I got the chair so I will update if I run into any issues. Otherwise, I recommend this chair.

So far, so good

When Covid hit early 2020, I was sent home to work remotely for the first time in my working life. However, my old chair that is pictured on the right is about 25 years old and no longer has any butt cushion. It quickly became painful to work in that chair all day. I have since moved to a new state and found a remote job I will be starting soon so I decided it was time to upgrade the chair. This is a decent chair if you are on a budget like I am and you are not hard on your stuff adding premature wear and tear. For me, it has good lumbar support which I needed, and more cush for the tush! I am a proportionate 5'2" female and about 125 to 130 pounds. The seat has just enough room for my butt but I don't think I would recommend this for larger people. I would look into sizing up to the big and tall chair. Take note of the seat and back size to know what would work best for you but this chair feels small yet good sized for me only because I was able to go by the measurements of my old chair. Might even be best for you to go into an office supply store to test out chair sizes for comfort before making a purchase. Sometimes I like to sit criss-cross applesauce and this chair has a very nice and smooth rocking motion after loosening the tight/loose knob for reclining and is so comfortable for me that I may fall asleep on the job and get fired. The back of the chair hits just above my neck so I am able to tilt my head back a bit to let it rest since my upper back and neck sometimes go numb after sitting for too long. Ugh, it's just so much fun getting older!!
Assembling the chair was easy until I got to step 4 to put the back of the chair on. If you have another person to hold the chair back for you to align with the chair arm holes and screw in, then you should be OK, but since I had no one to help, I had to take the seat off and lay it down. I still struggled to align the back while the arms were attached to the seat so I removed the arms from the seat and attached them to the chair back and then aligned the seat with the arms and screwed them in. Once done, I inserted the completed assembled seat, chair back, and arm attachments back onto the wheels. The wheels glide very easily and will take you across the room after one push.
I am writing this review the same day I got the chair so will update if I run into any issues. Otherwise, I recommend this chair.

Comfortable but lack of back support on this chair

I give this chair a 4 star not a 5 star review. Reason for that if you look for the first picture I pst you can see from the back of the chair how it reclines. There is no adjustment to make the back rest come up straight so when your working all day at the desk you is an upright right position. I have to put a pillow behind my back for support cause while working leaning back is uncomfortable and who wants to lean back while working. so there is a lack of back support. .Great gaming chair for that reason. Though I really like the looks and the color of the chair. The material was very soft and the quality was made well. The chair you can make go up or down for the height which is nice. The ability to be able to move the char around while sitting is a plus and the wheels move smooth and with ease. I had to put this together which was simple to do and came with everything I needed when open the box. So before buying if the back support and leaning back isnt an issue for you then this would be the perfect chair for you. Please not the first picture with the darker rug is the chair I got , second picture isnt mine but for a review that their chair was up straight. Isnt the way mine should have come. I didnt questioned or return it because it was so heavy and bulky to take back to a UPS store. I just kept it because everything else was great.

Great price and Quality

Best money ever spent on an office chair. At the time of purchase, it was less than half the price of local retail stores. Once we received it and put it together, it was top notch. Better than expected. Now time will tell how long it stays that way. Very comfortable, strong material, and easy to adjust.
