The Stand Assist Transfer Disk is intended to help the caregiver and patient with smooth transfers from one device to another. Do NOT transport the patient while standing on the Transfer Disk. This device is not appropriate for all users. The patient must be able to pull themselves up with their own upper body strength and remain standing while pivoting.
How to use:
Place the device in front of the patient, with their feet on the turning plate and knees resting against the rests.
Stabilize the device by placing your foot on the turning plate and gripping the top handles.
Assist the patient in pulling themselves up using the handles. Once standing, rotate the patient left or right for positioning.
Once in the final position, assist the patient in pulling themselves back down using the handles.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know if this equipment is appropriate for their needs. A return of this item incurs a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipment. Please review the User's Manual included before operating.
