The “flip” at the top of the Flare™ is designed to kick the air up and back as “clean”, less turbulent air for the rider and passenger. Made from hard-coated polycarbonate material for added durability. Installs using all stock mounting hardware and is pre-drilled for stock mounting locations.

Too Tight but It Works
It doesn't really sit on very well to be honest, it tends to sit TOO tight in my opinion. Taking it off can be a hassle but at least it gets the job done, durability is good, finish is great, obviously easy to use.
