"Bright, even straw-yellow colour with pale golden hues, lighter on the im. The nose is finely concentrated and well-packed with harmoniously interwoven aromas of ripe, white and yellow stonefruits melded with mealy complexities, and an amalgam of creamy barrel-ferment, nutty oak, and subtle flint and mineral detail, unveiling a touch of smoke. Medium-bodied, the palate has rich and near-luscious flavours of stonefruits and creamy barrel-ferment notes, entwined with mealy complexities, nutty oak and subtle flint and mineral elements. The flavours form a layered and elegantly concentrated core with fresh, lacy acidity lending energy, and light phenolics providing structure and a little grip. The flavours carry to a very long and sustained, mealy, nutty finish. This is a rich, complex and harmoniously layered Chardonnay with stonefruit, mealy, creamy and nutty flavours on a fresh, concentrated palate. Serve with seafood, poultry and pork over the next 4+ years. 59% clone 95 and 41% clone 5, the fruit 53% from the ‘Om Santi’ vineyard and 47% from the ‘Palliser/Clouston’ vineyard, vines 6-10 y.o., fully barrel-fermented with light solids, 26% by indigenous yeasts to 13.6% alc., the wine aged 10 months in 31% new oak, the wine undergoing batonnage once, and 95% MLF" Raymond Chan, Aug 2017

Bright, even, light lemon-yellow colour with slight green hues in the glass. The nose is elegantly concentrated with tight aromas of white and yellow stonefruits, along with citrus fruits, entwined with flinty less and reductive complexities, and fine, nutty oak and lifted aromatics. This is refined in expression. Medium-bodied, the palate is softly concentrated with flavours of white and yellow stonefruits harmoniously melded with gentle nutty elements, oak toast and nuances of flinty minerals. The mouthfeel shows barrel-ferment creaminess, balanced by a line of ripe acidity. The wine flows with good energy, the concentrated, rounded core carrying to a long, creamy, nutty finish. This is an elegant and softly concentrated Chardonnay with harmonious layers of stonefruit, nuts and flint and a creamy mouthfeel.

Clone 15, 548 and 95 fruit, fully barrel-fermented, 84% by indigenous yeasts to 13.0% alc., the wine aged 8 months on lees in 24% new oak, with approx. one- third MLF.

Food Pairing & Cellaring: Match with poultry and pork over the next 4-5 years.

Reliable product made with care
quality has been consistently excellent every single time. It’s reliable, tastes great, and you can tell it’s made with care. What really stands out is how it makes me feel afterward. Even after working a 12-hour overtime shift, I don’t feel as exhausted. It genuinely helps me keep my energy up. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something dependable and effective. I’ll definitely keep ordering.

Look nice.
These were really nice for canned oysters, way better than what we can get in the stores in our area. Perfect for milk based oyster soup! the ratio is one can of cream of mushroom, one can full of milk, one can of oysters. Add butter, salt, pepper, and bring to a boil.

Does the job
Tastes like boiled oysters, so it has that nailed down. I use it in my shrimp ramen noodles sometimes, sometimes I use it to flavor garnish dishes. Best price I could find, but apparently it is a specialty product.

Unparalleled source of heme iron.
This stuff is medicine if your are anemic or have low serum iron. Elemental iron from veggies or pills must be prepared by your body to carry oxygen in hemoglobin. Not so with iron from animals and oysters are unparalleled in iron content. Even if you don't find them delicious you will find them efficacious.

Do not recommend
Edible, though barely. Definitely the worst tasting oysters I've tried of all the brands. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning as has been reported by other reviewers.
