This tiny estate of only 4 hectares now produces luscious and balanced wines farmed bio-dynamically by this energetic couple who, it is clear, pour all their heart and energies into these sublime wines. Praised by critics and peers they have been described as having "an incredible clarity and pureness of fruit that is unequalled in the region".
Tasting note
A bright and vivacious wine, fresh and zesty, bursting with energy, light garnet colour and ethereal red fruit flavours, strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, with darker shadows and hints of blackcurrant and blackberry. Delighful floral nose, a meadow of wild flowers in full bloom, the taste is round and smooth, slightly saline reminiscent of its marine fossil-bed terroir, mineral and earthy, and of medium length.
