HOW TO CONSUME BUMPZ?
There are many ways to use BUMPZ Energy Sniff. Below are the two recommendations for ingesting BUMPZ:
- Sublingual: Place a small amount of BUMPZ under your tongue and let it dissolve. The powder and its active ingredients will be absorbed by the oral mucous membranes. This will provide an almost instantaneous energy boost that will last 10 - 30 minutes.
- Drink mix: Mix a small amount of BUMPZ in the volume of water of your choice (we recommend 200ml), and drink it all. The active ingredients will then be ingested and will provide, after 30 to 40 minutes, a more diffuse energy gain in the hours to come.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DOSE?
The maximum daily dose not to be exceeded is 2g, or two vials. We still recommend that you only use BUMPZ when you need it.
IS IT SAFE TO CONSUME BUMPZ?
As long as you respect the recommended daily dose and don't exceed it, everything will be fine. Excessive consumption may cause adverse effects. If, for example, you are sensitive to caffeine, we strongly recommend that you do not consume it. The same goes for other energy products.
