Hawthorn has been traditionally used in Europe in to treat hypertension, coronary artery disease, angina and hypercholesteremia.
Herbal & Alchemist extracts are made with the finest ingredients: organically grown and conscientiously wildcrafted herbs, pure grain alcohol U.S.P., distilled water and, when appropriate, vegetable glycerin U.S.P. or organic apple cider vinegar.
Each extract is formulated according to the herb's distinct chemical makeup. All of our extracts are made using Spagyric (alchemical) processes which give them a higher mineral and energetic content than found in other extracts.
Hawthorn Solid Extract Ingredients in 1/2 teaspoon:
Hawthorn fruit (Crataegus monogyna), blueberry juice concentrate (Vaccinium sp.), apple juice concentrate (Malus pumila) glycerin.
Other Ingredients: Distilled water, ethyl alcohol, vegetable glycerin. Kosher.
This product does not contain preservatives.
Suggested Use:
Adults: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 tsp 2 times per day mixed in tea, yogurt, smoothies or protein shakes, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Refrigerate after opening.
Use cautiously with beta-blockers or digoxin-lanoxin. Consult with your healthcare practitioner before using Hawthorn Solid Extract in patients with serious heart disease.
Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to using this product if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medications or have a medical condition.
