Catalytic Granular Coconut Shell based activated carbon.
High activity granular activated carbon manufactured by steam activation of select coconut shell carbon.
The Catalytic activity of this activated carbon is highly effective for the removal of chloramines and hydrogen sulfide from potable water. Its large micropore volume makes it particularly well suited for removal of low molecular weight organic compounds and their chlorinated by-products such as chloroform
and other trihalomethanes (THMs). An important feature of this material is its superior mechanical hardness and the extensive dedusting during its manufacture ensures an exceptionally clean activated carbon product.
The Fleck 5600SXT digital control valve uses a solid state microprocessor with LED display shows time of day, remaining capacity, and regeneration cycle in process.
Fleck's new SXT controller is the next generation control valve. This replaces the past SE platform.
The SXT features the same basic functionality as the SE, but has a larger backlit display, new diagnostic view,
improved programming, and a power backup of over 48 hours.

This Fleck Built water softener system is powered by a Fleck 5600 SXT digital meter. Fleck is the most popular digital meter on the market today.
The backlit LCD display and user friendly interface makes it very easy to operate. This is a complete system except for needing the drain line and salt.

This is nice quality, similar to the far more costly French LeCreuset brand. I was surprised how big this model is, possibly too big for my small kitchen and limited storage space. I store it in the oven. It would be great for baking sourdough boule bread.

Solid, heavy pot for cooking and baking. I bought it mainly for making soups, stews and breads. I have only tried soups thus far. The pot cleaned up very easily. The bottom of the pot heated uniformly. Nothing was stuck to the pot when I was simmering on the glass top stove. I have not had the chance to bake yet, but seeing how evenly it held heat while cooking, I am thinking this will be perfect. I bought the red color. It gives a nice pop of color in my kitchen. This pot will probably last me a long time. I would buy one if I needed a replacement, or a gift for someone.

Great quality for price after 3 years of use

I’m 3.5 years in and use it weekly. So far it’s been a great product especially for the price. We are really into soups, roast, and I bake bread a lot. This thing is amazing and a great quality. It’s easy to clean, does great in the oven, and stands up great to constant use. I only have a small amount of staining at the bottom, and a couple scratches from metal utensils. The lid is solid and the handle is really secure still, which is a problem I’ve had with other brands I’ve tried.
