It is constructed from an amethyst point found in New Mexico, gradations of purple fluorite and chrysocolla from a family run mine in Peru. The chrysocolla I purchased from the family that Finds the stones, and makes the beads. This piece measures 20 1 2 inches around, and the amethyst measures a little over an inch and a half long at the back is a sterling silver
