The same style and technique will be used but the final product will be a one of a kind. Due to the custom nature of these items, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake. Cancellations are not accepted once work has begun on your tumbler. In the event that your tumbler is damaged, please reach out to me. Sublingual works well for melatonin!

Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. It’s great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.
