The fruit for this Mystery Pinot Noir was sourced from the winemakers flagship vineyard in Marlborough. These were hand harvested and then gently processed.
The individual batches that make up this wine were treated traditionally, allowing the natural fruit concentration and ripe tannin structure to shine. After 10 months of maturation in 100% French oak barriques – 40% new, 35% 1-year-old with the balance 2-year-old. Only selected barrels were chosen for this gorgeously divine and complex blend.
