Our Women’s Multi is formulated for the specific nutritional needs of busy moms with a unique blend of vitamins, minerals, and added phytonutrients. It contains a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, magnesium, iron, iodine, and zinc. This formula supports the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth, and gums, and helps maintain eyesight, skin, membranes, immune function, and so much more. Vitamins A, D, E, and K2, alongside BerryRich®, green tea extract, indole-3 carbinol (I3C), and lutein, also provide antioxidants for the maintenance of good health. Being a mom is important, but it can be tiring and stressful at times, which is why we’ve included rhodiola, CoQ10, and inositol for added support. Plus, this formula contains betaine hydrochloride (HCL), digestive enzymes to aid digestion, and cranberry concentrate for added benefits.

Like Big Friends’ children’s formulas, Women’s Multi contains the highest quality and optimal ratios of ingredients. It is taken as three easy-to-take vegetarian capsules per day and is non-GMO. DIRECTIONS & USE
Recommended adult dose: 3 capsules daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. For adult use only.

CAUTIONS & NOTES
Keep out of the reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, cardiovascular disease, an estrogen-dependent cancer, a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, a liver disorder, an iron deficiency, a history of kidney stones, if you are having surgery, or are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, blood pressure medication, an anti-inflammatory, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), birth control medication, or antidepressant medications (e.g., selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors [SSRIs], etc.).
Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite.
Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with products containing green tea extract have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.
Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs or if you experience irritability or insomnia. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.
