A 12 slot version is available as a custom order for one-piece discs. (The model type becomes FST. The surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax).. _x000D_ DIXCEL recommends the use of the same slot-version of discs on the FRONT and REAR. For example, using slotted discs on the front and rear. Quit working after 30 days

This can opener worked fine for the first couple of weeks. It stopped working several days ago and even though I had recharged it, it would not turn on. I thought I would give it another try before I threw it away since I was past the refund period so I could not return it. I made 100% sure that it was plugged in securely and it did charge and worked today. Make sure that it is plugged in securely when charging. Hopefully it will continue to work and if not I will update my review.

Disregard my first review since then I realized that I didn't have the usb cable pushed in far enough for a connection which stopped the item from charging and that's why it stopped working. Item works as described, clean cut, easy to use and really worth the cost. I definitely recommend.
