This one features a gazer, an eyeball-shaped creature not dissimilar to Beholders - in fact they are made by Beholders. Gazers are much smaller at only 20cm in size and have just 4 eyestalks instead of 10. They often serve as familiars for evil spellcasters serving under Beholders.
