Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal (formerly known as Marmoleum Click) makes creating beautiful, custom floors easy and fun. Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal is made primarily from healthy, natural, and renewable resources and features inherent antistatic and antimicrobial properties that repel dust and dirt, making it easy to clean and reducing exposure to allergens, while inhibiting the breeding of harmful organisms. This naturally healthy, waterproof flooring consists of linoleum mounted onto HDF with a cork backing for a warm, comfortable, quiet flooring solution. This flooring is waterproof, handling life's daily messes.

Panels and squares are approximately 9.8 mm thick and are sold by carton with 7 per carton (equivalent to 20.34 square feet for panels and 6.78 square feet for squares) and can be used alone or in combination of panels & squares.

Sizes/Dimensions

Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal is an ecologically produced, natural linoleum on HDF with a cork layer, that comes in approx. sizes of 11.8 x 35.4 inch panels (actual size 300 x 900 mm) and 11.8 x 11.8-inch squares (actual size 300 x 300 mm). Its unique construction with the patented click system, combined with a broad color palette, give you a naturally cozy flooring.

A Note on Color

Due to the way it's made, don't be surprised if your Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal has a yellowish tint on it when it is delivered. This is oxidized linseed oil, which can color the surface in the final stage of manufacturing. The tint will disappear (usually within 24 hours) as soon as your floor is exposed to the light. Also, because linoleum is a natural product, there may be slight color and structural differences between production batches, samples, and the delivered goods.

Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal is a snap to install. Slot it together with the simple locking system and literally click the panels into place. Because Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal panels and squares are wide and leave no seams when connected, it's easy to get a nice smooth finish in no time. And there's no need to mess with glue or waiting for it to dry. Lay it, walk on it.

Care and Maintenance

Marmoleum is extremely durable and simple to care for. The smooth surface is easy to clean - a dry-cloth sweeper for dust and a neutral cleaner and damp cloth for any spots - while thanks to the way it is made, its beautiful colors won't fade. Because Marmoleum is a natural product, it reaches room temperature quickly, ensuring your house is snug and warm. It can even be used with underfloor heating.

Marmoleum Cinch LOC SEAL has a strong, durable protective top layer – Topshield pro. This innovation from Forbo ensures a highly effective shield against dirt and scuff marks. Marmoleum with Topshield pro is ready for use immediately following installatioheory, but only Marmoleum with Topshield works well in the real world, where staining agents do not get removed in time, dirt and grit do not get cleaned up regularly, and your non-renewable finish gets permanent stains and scratches. Topshield has been designed to create a Marmoleum floor that meets the demands of everyday use and is even more resistant to dirt pick-up, less prone to wear and has improved resistance to scratches and stains, and thus creating a floor that demonstrates a lasting performance over time. Unlike PUR finishes that will show wear and dirt concentration encapsulated in micro scratches over time, Marmoleum with Topshield can be refreshed and renewed, generating a new finish, turning Marmoleum Cinch LOC Seal into what is probably the best performing resilient floor in the real world.

It got here on the day of this post and he has not stopped playing with it! Now if you’re one that squeakers get on your nerves, this is not for you. But, if you’re like me and truly enjoy watching (and hearing) a fur baby having so much fun, then buy this now! The price is very reasonable in my humble opinion. It is Ryker Der Hauswolf approved and I recommend it.

Absolutely one of the best chew toys I've ever bought my dog. She's a lab-pit mix, about 70 lbs, loves to chew, and is almost pure muscle. There are no half-measures with my dog. When she plays tug of war, she's playing to win. Often, she ends up whipping her entire body back and forth violently to get that thing out of your hands. I wasn't expecting much, nothing is truly invincible. BUT THIS THING IS TOUGH! It's my dog's favorite, she loves the squeakers so much, and so we've played tug of war or keep away nearly every day since I bought it. Yeah, there's a small hole in it now, the fur's a little matted and it doesn't look at pretty as when I bought it, BUT IT STILL LIVES! It's lasted three whole months, which is miracle given my dog's seriously aggressive play style. Squeakers are intact, the black lining has held up, I really can't believe it. I've even given her free reign with it over the past couple of weeks, as I have another one saved for the day this finally dies. Even though she's allowed to take this thing behind the couch and really go at it in a serious chew session, she can't break that black lining. Amazing product.

This worm, pretty sure it’s a worm and not a snake, can take a lot of abuse.

Snake, worm, whatever, my dog doesn’t care, she loves it all the same. My little friend can be kinda rough with her toys. This is no exception. The pictures are from roughly one month of giving it to her and include playing with it at least every other day or so. The top is holding up well, but the bottom has taken some damage, and two of the squeakers have long since been destroyed. Despite this, my dog still loves playing with it. We normally play tug of war together, but on her own she chews at it to get to the squeakers inside, which she promptly destroys, which I’m totally fine with, as quiet toys are much preferred, by me, not her. I believe there are 4 in the XL size that we got. We’ve had a few of these in the past. We tend to get about 6 months out of them. After she “lovingly” removes the squeakers, she doesn’t chew on it much, and we just use it for tug of war, but at that point she’s done enough damage to the underside that its time is limited. But, as it’s pretty low priced, for the time and enjoyment we do get out of it, it’s very much worth it. I do need to clarify, the durability is actually quite good, I don’t fault the product as at all, it’s just my dog is equally as good with destruction, but it should be noted this toy does last much longer than most of her victims. The color, (we got the blue and green) is also very vivid and nice, as is the texture. We’ll be purchasing again.
