Instructions
Directions for Use
Take under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds before swallowing. May be added to water.
Best taken on an empty stomach, 10 minutes before a meal.
Start with 1 pump/day and gradually increase to 3 pumps/day.
May be stored at room temperature.
