The ball easily attaches to the holder using a secure Velcro system, while the belt fits comfortably around the waist for hands-free training. The machine-stitched ball is delivered deflated and weighs 260–280 g when inflated.
The belt weighs 120 g and is made of 70% neoprene and 30% polyester, designed for comfort and durability. It should be hand washed only. Dimensions include a 58 x 8 cm belt, a 21 cm ball holder, and an inflated ball diameter of approximately 22 cm.
