Sticky Touch
Nike Gripknit is a sticky material that provides better touch to the ball. It takes up more surface area, so you have more room to control the ball when dribbling at high speeds or finish a play with a shot. It molds to the shape of your foot and gives you equal grip in wet or dry conditions for an extremely sculpted, track spike-like fit. Micromolding texture works with Gripknit to help form to your foot for even better cleat-to-ball strikes.
Snug Fit
The full Flyknit upper is tuned for the needs of the game and shot through the Mercurial filter, so it’s engineered for speed. In the quarter panels, there is an incredibly lightweight and strong Flyknit (also known as Atomknit) that keeps the cleat light and provides support. Fast Traction
The wave-like traction pattern is a series of cascading studs that is geared to engage more surface area of the Zoom Air unit while also providing the appropriate amount of grip.
