This double-edged knife is hand-forged from Shirogami-2 steel (White Paper Steel No. 2) and offers outstanding sharpness. It is an unused stored item with a box, although the box shows minor storage damage. Please note that there may be minor sharpening and storage marks.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "秀一作" (Shuichi Saku), "手打" (Hand-Forged), and "白二号鋼" (Shirogami-2 Steel). The handle also displays a branded marking.
