Tamagawa "Heart of Oak" Tokubetsu Junmai Kyoto (720 ml)Tamagawa sake is made at the Kinoshita family brewery, on the same site since 1842. Tamagawa sake is made at the Kinoshita family brewery, on the same site since 1842. Much of Tamagawa’s sake is made via spontaneous fermentation, and “Heart of Oak” is Harper’s signature junmai. This bottling was brewed in 2018 and made to develop over time in the bottle. Nutty and toasty, with wild berry notes, its savory character pairs well with richer dishes, including stews and roasted meats. SMV: +4.4.
