LEAF PACK OPTIONS // Balancing ride and capability, the add a pack retains factory payload but improves small bump compliance by increasing the leaf count and reducing leaf thickness in half the pack. With the full leaf pack, a 15% payload reduction gets the best possible ride quality from the rear of the truck. Small chatter or large hit, this leaf pack will swallow it whole.
SWAY BAR UPGRADE // Eliminates the harshness caused by the stiff factory sway bar, letting your suspension do its job and move independently. This is one of the single biggest improvements you can make to your truck’s ride. To keep the factory ride, select the end link option. (TSB is for 03+ only)

The larger displacement combined with our custom low-flow piston and latest shock tune offers the smoothest damping control and high speed bottom-out resistance. Mix the smooth ride quality of Carli-tuned King 3.0 shocks with Carli's radius arms and full progressive leaf springs and this system offers absolutely unparalleled ride quality for your 2500 or 3500 Dodge pickup.
This system will fit up to a 37” tire with the included Radius Arm System on 17”-18” wheels with 4.5” of backspacing.
*2010-present vehicles have 2 possible sizes of Sway Bar End Links. Place a socket on the nut that compresses the rubber End Link bushings; fitment of an 18mm socket will indicate the need for the 12mm part number.
**All Carli 6" systems require the truck's front driveshaft to be extended by 2 inches.
***Carli 6" systems require a drop pitman arm. We provide a drop pitman arm as an option on this product page.
