Apply the mask to the lengths and ends of your hair, using a comb to ensure even distribution. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
As with any hair care product, it's important to take precautions. Avoid getting the product in your eyes and if you do, rinse thoroughly with water. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Store the mask in a cool, dry place and avoid temperatures exceeding 40°C. Didn't help with sleep

Purchased on basis of reviews. Needed help with sleep and to relax so I can get to sleep. Found scent pleasant but faint. The affects of the lavender scent, that is supposed to be therapeutic, had no affect at all. Perhaps could have been a bit stronger not overwhelming where it causes headaches. Nice lotion for the skin but for me served no purpose. Sent back. Try other mindfulness approaches I've tried and work. Continue with these. Perhaps those that say it helps with sleep is more sensitive to the mild scent.
