The feeder tube is made of durable polycarbonate plastic that is perfect for accommodating 1 quart of sunflower seed or mixed seed, and the six reinforced feeder ports each have individual perches for convenient access. The flow-through base prevents seed from collecting, so that squirrels are not enticed to cling and feed. The large metal roof and cap help to prevent squirrel damage and serve to keep seed dry and fresh, with dual discs helping keep the lid fixed while the ingenious lock keeps squirrels from lifting the cap. The brushed copper finish adds simple elegance to the piece, and the center tube removes from the cage for thorough cleaning. This feeder may be hung using the included 4.5" metal hanger.
