We have been trying to figure out a solution to get international shoppers the cheapest shipping rate possible. Right now, we have only one solution.
We are working with DHL to get cheaper shipping, but it just won’t be ready in time. So what we are offering for international shoppers is that when we print your shipping label and it turns out cheaper than what you paid, we can refund you the difference. This can only happen when we print them, which will be when we ship, which is expected in November. This solution will cause more work for us in the long run, but it’s something we feel customers deserve. We can’t control the shipping costs for every single country through shopify, and we definitely don’t want you all to be paying an arm and a leg for just shipping. With this solution, we can’t guarantee everyone will get a partial refund, but it might help some. If you have any questions, please reach out to us!
