It's a delicious combination of seeds, hearty whole grains, and 10 grams of plant protein, bringing a unique, multi-textural experience in a convenient pouch. This grains and seeds oatmeal variety pack includes apple walnut flavored oatmeal pouches and strawberry almond oatmeal pouches. Each pouch of oatmeal is made with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax and chia.
