They are made to insert the bottom of your pony tail into the boot. There is a small strap inside the top of the boot that you can attach a bobby pin or hair clip to. The oh so fabulous witch hat measure 3" tall and 4" wide. Made with handmade flowers and of course a dazzling rhinestone in the center! This hat can be made with a clip or stretchy purple headband.
