HMF Neuro Powder provides a combination of five proprietary, human-sourced probiotics, plus the amino acid L-glutamine and FOS in a delicious apricot-flavored powder. This probiotic blend includes L. rhamnosus, a strain that has demonstrated exorphin-degrading activity in vitro. Exorphins are peptides produced during the digestion of certain foods, including wheat and dairy products. In intestinally-stimulated conditions, L. rhamnosus has been shown to extensively eliminate exorphins from wheat and milk. This probiotic helps to support gastrointestinal health and contribute to a favorable gut flora along with four other proprietary, research-driven strains.*
Recommended Dosage: In a glass, add water to one scoop (1/4 teaspoon) of HMF Neuro Powder and mix. Take two times daily with meals, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Caution: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are following a low protein diet, or if you are experiencing fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. If you have an immune-compromised condition, do not use.

Just like described works excellent. You cannot beat it for the Money 4.8 should be five stars. Adjustable coarseness is real nice too. I do a lot of barbecuing and you want a thick pepper and salt for brisket. Just real nice one Hand operation if you’re doing something so it was a salt shaker pepper shaker but this one being able to grind fresh is real nice.

These are very nice quality. They work really well. You can adjust the coarseness as you prefer. They aren't overly loud. I got them for someone as a gift for someone and I'm going to get myself a set also because I really like them. They charge quickly.
