The TR-MAGNET manual cutters allow intensive cutting of ceramic tiles, especially when we refer to tiles (type BIII) and stoneware (type BIIa), but they also offer optimal performance in the frequent cutting of porcelain stoneware tiles (type BIa) of thicknesses less than 15 mm.
The multi-point separator of RUBI's TR-MAGNET manual cutters guarantees perfect cut quality when executing diagonal cuts from end to end.
On the other hand, the TR-MAGNET stands out for the system with which the separator assembly is equipped, which allows the operator to work with one hand.
The MAGNET system blocks the separator, making scratching the ceramic tile easier and with greater visibility. On the other hand, by simply moving the lever upwards, we assemble the separator that will allow us to apply the 800 kg of maximum power and obtain clean and precise cuts.
All models of the TR-MAGNET range of manual cutters have a rotating square with central pivot, for quick and accurate measurement of angular cuts, within the range of -45º to 0º to 45º. The square is completed with a side stop, made of technical plastic, which allows the fixation of the pieces during repetitive cuts.
RUBI's TR-MAGNET manual cutters have a high-resistance aluminum base and a two-layer system with a shock-absorbing effect, and side supports for large-format tiles.
TR-MAGNET manual cutters are equipped with chrome-plated, ground and calibrated steel guides, with anti-corrosion treatment. This double guide system offers the user better and greater visibility of the scratch line, thus obtaining high precision in all cuts.
The possibility of using the entire range of RUBI interchangeable rollers from Ø 6 to 22 mm, allows the TR-MAGNET manual cutters to be adapted to each ceramic material, and obtain maximum cutting performance and quality.
The TR-MAGNET manual cutters include, as standard, two rollers: one of Ø 6 mm for cutting tiles and another of Ø 10 mm for glazed stoneware. Finally, we would like to highlight one of the most characteristic aspects of RUBI manual cutters: the transport case, with reinforced closures and hinges, to protect and facilitate the mobility of our TR-MAGNET manual cutters.
