Custom Puzzle Photo Sizing:
A common question we get asked is "How big should my image be for your custom puzzles? Won't it be blurry as the size of the custom puzzle size increases?" The answer to that is yes and no. A good rule of thumb when choosing your image would be to make sure it's as large as possible!
About 90% of the images we receive fit on all of our puzzles! If we receive an image that is going to turn out really blurry on your personalized puzzle we will send you an email with a few options such as submitting a new photo or issuing you a refund for your order.
After you order your custom puzzle, please pay attention to your email in case we contact you regarding your photo! We will not print a puzzle if it doesn't pass our extensive quality control process!
