Holly Burfordi Holly is a stunning evergreen shrub that is perfect for adding year-round interest to your garden. With its glossy, dark green leaves and bright red berries, this plant is sure to catch the eye of anyone passing by. Here's everything you need to know about growing and caring for Holly Burfordi Holly.

How to Grow

Holly Burfordi Holly is a hardy plant that can grow in a variety of soil types, including clay, loam, and sand. It prefers well-draining soil that is slightly acidic, with a pH between 5.0 and 6.5. This plant can tolerate full sun to partial shade, but it will produce more berries in full sun. It is also important to note that Holly Burfordi Holly is a slow-growing plant, so be patient as it establishes itself in your garden.

Care Tips

To keep your Holly Burfordi Holly healthy and looking its best, it is important to provide it with regular care. Water your plant deeply once a week, especially during hot and dry weather. Mulch around the base of the plant to help retain moisture and suppress weeds. Prune your Holly Burfordi Holly in late winter or early spring to maintain its shape and remove any dead or damaged branches.

Uses

Holly Burfordi Holly is a versatile plant that can be used in a variety of ways. It makes a great hedge or screen, and can also be used as a specimen plant or in a mixed border. The bright red berries are a favorite of birds, so this plant is also a great choice for wildlife gardens.

Planting Tips

When planting Holly Burfordi Holly, make sure to dig a hole that is twice as wide as the root ball. Mix in some compost or other organic matter to help improve soil quality. Plant the shrub at the same depth it was growing in its container, and water thoroughly after planting.

Maintenance

In addition to regular watering and pruning, Holly Burfordi Holly may benefit from an application of fertilizer in the spring. Use a slow-release fertilizer that is formulated for acid-loving plants. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for application rates.

Our Go-To Pull-Ups for Potty Training
Size: 2T-3T, Unit Count: 124
We’ve tried a few different brands during potty training, and we always come back to Pull-Ups. They fit my daughter really well, are easy for her to pull up and down on her own, and hold up great overnight without leaking. The sides tear easily for quick changes, which is super helpful when you’re out and about. The designs are also cute and helped make potty training a little more exciting for my toddler. Definitely a staple in our house during this stage!

Luvs pulls up are the best
Size: 5T-6T, Unit Count: 48
I love this brand. It’s very secure, and the adjustable band makes it easy to tighten without taking off my child’s pants. It doesn’t leave an odor, the texture is smooth, and my child is always comfortable. The price matches the quality, and there’s no leakage or spillover. Overall, it’s very durable. Make sure to have it correctly fastened because the Velcro can leave scratches on child skin.

Toddler approved
Size: 4T-5T, Unit Count: 99
Fits true to size and easy to pull up and down by my toddler. Very absorbent - perhaps a little too absorbent as it's taking my daughter forever to be potty trained and she's content in her soiled training pants... Great quality overall.

They prevent leaks, and fit great!
We have always used Huggies diapers for our babies and young toddlers because they were the only ones that never leaked or caused a rash. My second daughter was fully potty trained at 2.5 years old and never needed pull-ups. However, our third daughter, who also trained at 2.5 years old, digressed with her nighttime potty training due to instability - we moved twice within the first 6 weeks after she potty trained. So we had to get pull-ups for her to wear at night. Obviously since we loved Huggies diapers, we tried Huggies Pull-Ups, and again, they did not disappoint! They never leak, even on nights when she doesn't get up to go at all, and has lots of pee, and they have never caused a rash either, no matter how full. She's been using them for 1.5 years, at night, and we have never had any issues. They are dependable: decently comfortable to the child, do not cause rashes, fit properly with the ability to adjust at the thigh (if needed), and they prevent leaks! I highly recommend them!
