The telecentric design also keeps magnification consistent regardless of spacing in the optical path — critical for imaging setups with filter wheels or flip mirrors.
A non-marring compression ring clamp holds eyepieces securely without scratching, and the double-tapered insert barrel ensures smooth, safe insertion into any 1.25" focuser. Threaded for standard 1.25" astronomy filters.
