The output level is DIP switch selectable, and the output volume is screwdriver adjusted via the trimpot on the front of the unit.
The unit is powered from 24V DC, which can be connected to the DC socket on the rear of the unit, or it can be supplied through the Cat5/6 cabling from other compatible Redback products. A 24V DC plugpack is supplied for connection to the DC socket.
It can be connected to compatible Redback products such as the A 4940 and A 4944. These products have either a 3 pin XLR (A 4940) or Dual RCA (A 4944) input and transmit this audio down the Cat5/6 cabling to the A 4942.

Almost perfect.

Really nice wallet. I love Herschel quality. One issue with this specific wallet is the coin pocket on the inside. Cool idea it's just the snap for the pocket rubs on whatever the card is on the other side of the wallet. I had to move my license to a different spot before it was ruined.
