香脆椰肉片是無麥麩、無穀物、無添加糖的健康早餐或小食，只有三個成份－椰肉、椰子水、西米澱粉。營養豐富非常美味。

椰肉富含有益的飽和脂肪，它的中鏈脂肪酸與肉類不同，容易在肝臟轉化為能量而不積聚為脂肪，不負荷消化系統並幫助營養的吸收。椰子亦是少數含有大量月桂酸的食物，有抗菌抗病毒功效，幫助潔淨腸道提升身體免疫力。

Coconuts are rich in saturated fats of a health-enhancing variety.  Their medium-chain fatty acids are easily converted into energy in the liver,  put less strain on the digestive system and do not accumulate as body fat.  Coconuts are also one of the richest sources of lauric acid which has anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties, helping to cleanse our gut and boost our immune system.  

Palm starch is a gluten-free starch extracted from the sago palm tree.  A patented process is used to ensure all the good nutrients such as the polyphenols, catechins and dietary fibres are maintained.
